This is in fact one of most critical points, so the whole company is totally smoky and no way to get a fresh air. Although they might offer you a smoking free room but you are simply smoked once you go out from your room

There are no meetings and all things are in ad-hoc style

As a foreigner not many people were talking to me.

We thank you for your honest statement and are very sorry for the bad experience you had with SVB. We are working hard on structuring our organization, meeting styles and task coordination while we grow. However, none of our international team members (for the moment there are around 10 employees from different countries just in the international sales department, some of whom you have met as well) confirm your statement that nobody is talking to them - we do not see any reason why that would be the case anyways. Also, there is a non-smoking policy in the whole building and there are no „smoky rooms“. Anyways, we wish you all the best for your future and hope you found your place.
