Most of the workers here are very frustrated. The managers have no idea what goes on with the workers.
Workers are not taken seriously. Workers have to accept negativ feedback all the time but they never take negativ feedback from their workers good. Just read all the comments from the management in this page.
Not transparent communication at all. No structure. Management is open for talks, but nothing ever changes. Communications between departments is terrible/non existent. You can read in the "employer comments" how communication works. You tell them your problems and your point of view and they tell you "no it is not true, you are wrong". Very unprofessional.
Not every worker is treated the same. If you are friends with management then you will always be preferred. Officially nobody can do home office, but then people with no laptop or cellphone are allowed to. In the end this home office is basically an out of office situation and you are left to do their work yourself. Not everybody has the same vacation days, some have more just because they have worked here longer for example. Everybody knows who has better working conditions and who does not. But the management denies this over and over again. Both in person and in this page.

After asking people in Bayern about this, I realized the salary here is actually bad.
Offices are really loud no matter where you go, people speaking in russian, spanish, german and italian all the time. It is very unprofessional when you make important calls.
Flexible times as long as you are not project manager.
People who have a very bad image of Taiyo: Workers, subcontractor, some clients, oversees co-workers.
People whi have a very good image of Taiyo: The management.
- Be honest. Learn how to receive negative reviews and instead of reacting very emotional to feedback use it to improve your company because the frustration is growing quickly.

Dear colleague, Thank you for feedback. We are sorry that you are not happy in your job. We can only invite you for a discussion, in which we can explain you background of some recent decisons. We dont know, where you have your information from, but some of your statements are not correct (e.g. homeoffice etc.) and ask you to correct your statements. Regarding the languages in the company, which seem to be disturbing for you, we can inform you, that the managment want to have a multinational team, which is essential for that kind of business. As you seem to work for the company, you should know, that the multi national strategy is a very essential strategy. Regarding carreer chances in the company, we would like to point out, that the company has multi examples of persons who grow up very well, therefore it looks disturbing for the mangement, if there is a comment like this. Its clear and normal, that a company cannot give same chances to everybody. Regarding the image of the company we can invite you to read some of the other comments on this platform. The company is proud to have in general a motivated team, being available when its necessary. The compan provide flexible working time and high degree of freedom.
