Absolutely! We get a full-time, well-paid contract which is so unusual in English Training in the Stuttgart area. We also get to work directly in the client's office. We have a desk and laptop there and feel as though we belong in the department. We can really help participants improve their performance in English. From a trainer's point of view that is so rewarding, and just doesn't happen in the same way when you work as a freelancer coming into a company for an hour here and an hour and a half there. The confidentiality issue also makes a huge difference. My participants trust me and so I get to see all kinds of documents. This means that all the training material I produce is based around the real language they need and they get to transfer it back to the workplace immediately.
