Respectful! There are a lot of very smart people at td, and they work as a team. No one person could do it alone, so we function as a team.

For an agency, work-life-balance is rather exemplary. There peaks of course, but hours are stable and flexible solutions are always possible in response.

Leadership by example. Directors are relatively young though, so not everything is based on year-long experience. This is more than compensated by open communication and strong commitment.
