Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The new management shines in its first enlightening steps. They shared the message with all the German employees stating that they are disappointed with the number of sick days in the German locations. They suggest that people should not get sick more than 7-9 days per year. From now on, they will closely monitor sick leaves.

Thank you for your feedback.

There seems to be a misunderstanding about the message you are referring to. It was not about sick leaves in general but isolated cases of repeated absences without a proper documentation. As we feel that such a behavior is disrespectful towards our team, we addressed the issue in internal communications. At the same time, our CEO stressed the company’s natural support in any justified personal instance that requires an extended absence.
