Verbesserungsvorschläge

-socially all co-workers were correct and nice to work with
-however the informations passed down to the "normal" worker were most times inaccurate or it took multiple weeks because the direct supervisor had little to no information and depending on which one you got from the pool you either got lied to so you would calm down or you had to wait multiple days sometimes weeks for your answer (if I had to chose I prefer the second method instead of something dishonest)

The work was fine for me and not the issue, I moved from another company doing excatly the same for the contractor. During my job interview I listed the reasons while I switched it was the working times and that I barely had 2 days free in a row.
During the recruitment I was promised a 4day week and that at least 2 of the 3 free days would be together after the training.
I was also promised that I would have 2 morning shift and 2 weeks of backlayer each month.
This also didn't turn true after waiting 6 weeks (3 weeks training + 3 weeks accompanied working).

So now I was stuck in the same job as before with the same bad working times as before and got planned 2 of the next 3 weeks I was able to see with only 1 day free couple of days work 1 day free - again.
On top of that we got payed to few and the project bonus was missing.
Some of my colleagues were even't lied in that manner from the recruiter that they would be payed the bonus directly while others got told after the training.
While working for Teleperformance we got told that the 3 weeks accompanied work were considered training as well.
So some expected the money directly and got lied to while others thought starting week4 we receive the bonus, which didn't occur either.

You can imagine the motivation everyone had at least in my group.
Duo to the payment but most importantly the broken promise on working times I searched for a new job offer and accepted that one.
