Teleperformance Germany is a joke. Working hour preferences where not taken seriously, Overtime hours where never displayed correctly. I had 2 different Supervisors, the first one I had was exceptionally bad as she did bot understand what it was you wanted from her because of the language barrier. I was often left on read by her and didn't get a response. I was sick after the initial training because of an ear infection and as I came back to work asking for a temporary change from phone to email support (as I knew we had one) because my doctor said I shouldn't wear a headset to avoid permanent hearing loss, she laughed at me and got mad. Because of that I had no choice but to work on the phone and for pure luck I did not suffer the permanent hearing loss. One week later (means I only had experience from one week while my colleagues where at 2 to 3 week experience) she told me, that I was not good enough for the job and that teleperformance already decided to fire me and will do so soon (this was end of october) she told me that I was tragging down the rest of the team because of my incompetence. Well, for me this was already the point where I decided that this company is not for me. The second Supervisor was great. Teleperformance Germany completely lacks the ability to organize. It is a real dissapointment when compared to teleperformance in Portugal.
