Definitely problems with processes.... at least in HR.

If application got rejected after 2nd round of interview it is normal business.
If candidate got email with rejection one week after a call it is perfect.

BUT:

How HR is working .... it is just nightmare. My application got lost (seriously???). But it was found after i had drop a private message to person in management. Rejection came as a standard email template with "blah-blah-blah and Please get back to me if you would like to have a feedback call with me." I have asked for a feedback call. After a week without any reaction i have tried to contact HR recruiter on my own and i found that contacts in the email footnote are not working!
