Work-Life-Balance: very stressful at times, some positions are not having enough coverage.

The team is amazing. Almost everyone I contact about various things is ready to help and support. My supervisor and my team is simply great, we have very strong feedback culture.

Communication is on point. Sometimes through the speed we move with are some things communicated a bit later than would be necessary, but that's normal I guess.
Work-Life-Balance
Work-Life Balance is something Tesla should have a better look at. The amount of work I have is a sometimes bit too much to manage in my standard work time. I'm able to use the overtime at other days as free time.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
As I mentioned, my team's supervisor is amazing. We're a small team at the moment, but very real and very communicative.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends on the position, but there are always interesting projects to take part at.

Our management puts the equality to the focus. We have zero tolerance policy against discrimination for any reason.

Work conditions will still improve. We're still in the middle of construction.

There are many false news about Tesla in media. Because our Chief Executive is very famous, we get also a lot of eyes on us, on everything we do.
