Fun people to work with. Comfortable atmosphere and free lunch every two months.
I had very little support form upper management since the new heads came in and it wasn't like that when they first hired me.
My manager and I worked well together as a team and I also had great communications with other members of my team. My team consisted of two groups: One's that my boss favored and liked and the other were she wanted out of the company.
The work overall was real easy and organized and I did have the freedom to work independently but also had help if I needed it.
I had a very close relationship with my primary manager but when the new boss that took over, I was shunned and was not invited at the daily meetings as if my services weren't appreciated. My manager also felt the wrath of the new boss and was hard on him and other people in my department that she didn't favor.
Women were favored more at Jel Sert. Very little support for men.

There are workers there that are over 50 years old and they are treated well.

It depends upon your work situation, mine had no room for advancement. But I was good with that.
Comfortable settings and close knit.

They recycled and had clean offices.
Very good balance they understood what it was like being a single parent.
- Take good care of your workers and be aware of their needs and reward them for a good job. Do not dismiss them and treat them badly because of reasons unrelated to their performance.
Great work, good people, good benefits and a comfortable setting.
They outsourced me and let me go without letting me stay until I got a new position or sent me to other departments.
