Management not responsive to requests for help from overloaded employees.
Employees are great; management is not
Too much information is held too tightly at the top
Company is woman owned on paper, but is not run like a woman-owned company. Upper level male management are calling all the shots. Men's opinions are given more credibility than women's opinions.

Too much insider favoritism; company tries to grow through personal relationships with government personnel. Company would be better served to establish a culture of solid, ethical practices.
