- I would have a waiting area that would specifically tend to our patients needs. Our waiting area now only consists of chairs, tables, and a bookshelf of magazines. Seeing that our patients range from all different shapes, sizes, ages, and colors, I would have it customized where there is something for everyone. We need a water bubblier, a television, a play area for the kids, and more comfortable seats. As far as everything else goes, we are a great as a company.
I started in my company under a position that I was not happy with. My bosses and higher ups listened when I explained that I was not happy. Two years later, I am in a position that I love. I was moved to a closer location to my home and child's daycare. I was so good and excelled in my position, that almost a year in I got a promotion as well as a raise. I love coming to work because I am doing what I love. Although I may experience challenges along the way, everyday is a learning experience which betters me as a person and as a patient care coordinator. I love working with people, and tending to their needs, even if it means going above and beyond my duties at work. I love the outcome from the doctors as well as the patients when I am able to complete a task that may be challenging, but in the end beneficial to everyone involved. If possible, I plan on pushing to go for a higher position in the near future.
There is nothing at the moment that I disapprove of.
