Staff are hardworking, smart, and supportive of each other. The culture squad staff committe has been doing great work in adding culture to the work environment, particularly opportunities for staff to engage outside of work.
Provide staff with appropriate titles and pay that reflect the actual work being done. Be more proactive in difficult situations where staff need more support in working with donors (EDI). Create growth opportunities and job paths. Provide flexible schedules and free parking/ transportation. If you are going to require staff to download invasive company software, younshould provide company phones.
