- More focused objectives to achieve the most important business objectives. More support from department managers in disagreements with other departments. Some managers are rude and difficult to work with. Implement an employee suggestion program with compensation incentives to solicit ideas that could benefit the company.
A lot of good people working there but couple of difficult managers make it stressful depending on which department you work. Managers are well compensated but production and entry level office workers are underpaid compared to others companies in CT.
Lack of priorities. Everything is considered hot. Reduce the number of objectives and focus on the core activities that will achieve the companies goals.
