- Get rid of people that aren't doing their job, actually hire people/teams to do specific jobs instead of burdening people who don't know how to do it. Communicate. Figure out why there isn't a sense of "team" and fix it. We're all there because we love what we do, it should be easy to do that together.
Extensive learning potential if you're able to manage your time and willing to teach yourself. Great way to start out so you can find out what you do or do not want in relation to co-workers, leadership, client base and culture.
Those in leadership are cowards. They continue to keep people in important positions that are crippling the company or not standing by the ethical duty of their licensure. There is favoritism and lack of accountability. If your management isn't functioning you can't expect your employees to. Hoping new CEO does her job and turns it around.
