Very toxic environment in almost all departments that causes long-term frustration and productivity loss.

In my experience, information is held back by management. Employees are not handled as partners and dialogue is not in the interests of HR therefore kept down.

Some really nices colleagues but overall bad experiences.
Work-Life-Balance
Depends on the department. Some groups are seriously overworked, others are hanging around during working hours.

I frequently encountered delaying tactics on the part of my managers regarding trainings, personal development, and promotion. Never really got honest feedback. Micromanagement, paranoia, and bullying were standard.
Interessante Aufgaben
If somebody likes to have long discussions on the shades of colors in presentations, it is the right place to work...
Gleichberechtigung
As a man and foreigner, I often felt discriminated. (I am strongly for gender equality.) Male gender discrimination is definitely a topic often discussed among male employees.

It was definitely hard to participate in trainings. Career is only for some selected ones however selection criteria is unclear.
