Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Knowing the company pretty well from the inside, I am holding my doubts that all the great and positive comments made on this page are made by the company itself. Maybe the general opinion about the company is not as bad as my personal, but I doubt that anyone working there is ready to give all the 5 stars on every step of this survey.

Change the complete management, think more about employees and not perceive them as the expendable items.

"that is not my job" is one of the most common sentences on the workplace.

Kommunikation

Awful. There is no onboarding process, there are no instructions on how to use company facilities, there is no real channel where the employeers could get any kind of update.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Some really nice people working in the company, still keeping it funktional.

Work-Life-Balance

There is no care provided in making the working schedules, it is a common thing to work 6 or 7 days in a row, without any free day. Very unflexible management with any kind of questions regarding the schedule changes (even if colleagues you are switching the shift with agrees and confirms that (!))

wir sind zutiefst enttäuscht über Ihr Feedback. In den 1,5 Jahren unserer Zusammenarbeit konnten wir Sie dennoch bei uns halten und Sie von uns überzeugen. WEIL: wir Ihnen und den Kollegen ausreichend Informationen liefern (Betriebsversammlung, Welcome Day, Mitarbeiterhandbuch) und Informationsboards im Haus hängen, wenn auch nur auf deutsch! WEIL: wir Ihnen besondere Möglichkeiten, aufgrund Ihrer Sprachbarriere, geboten haben ; Ihre Vorgesetzte hat Sie täglich bei der Übersetzung in Ihrer Muttersprache unterstützt, obwohl Sie versprochen haben, die deutsche Sprache zu lernen, leider ohne Fortschritte. Auch der seitens unseres Unternehmens angebotene Deutschkurs im Haus wurde Ihrerseits nicht genutzt. WEIL: wir Ihnen die Möglichkeit eines anderen Arbeitsplatzes im Haus angeboten haben, sodass die Work-Life-Balance für Sie besser funktioniert, doch auch das haben Sie abgelehnt! WEIL: wir Sie nach Tarif bezahlen und zuzüglich auch einen Bonus jeden Monat oben drauf.
Diese und viele andere Dinge, wie Teamwork (Teamwork bedeutet auch dass man bei einem Diensttausch den Kollegen fragt, ob er damit einverstanden ist), Respekt und Chancengleichheit, leben wir bei uns, und stellen Sie sich vor, die Mitarbeiter, die dieses Feedback hier mit 5 Sternen bewertet haben, wissen das zu schätzen, was wir hier machen! Jeder hat ein Herz und eine Seele, und hat genau wie Sie Ansprüche an seinen Arbeitgeber.
