Compensation model could better reflect the current job market; revision would be welcomed.

Gleichberechtigung
As one of the few female consultants, it would be good to see more female applicants, however IT in Germany remains a male-dominated profession. I started with TMK first as an external consultant before becoming a full-time employee. This is not a common path for TMK employees, however fortunately, external consultants are also well-regarded.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Comfortable, well-lighted premises. Most of the consultants work from home or are on site at clients.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Expense reimbursement are prompt and efficient; timekeeping system and other admin on the part of the consultants is kept to a minimum. With respect to salaries, TMK likely falls somewhere in the middle.
