Get the priorities straight: go big or go home with the .nl shop.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Hierarchy is strong which creates strong tention on the workfloor. As the online shop is based within an external party and IT is based in USA there is hardly any priority within the company to make progress.
Kommunikation
When I signed my contract I didnt knew the word "außergerichtlichen vertrag", I asked what it meant and I got the reply that it was nothing to be worried about. After a year I found out, that at least all Dutch employees fall into a separate salary structure: one that is paying less.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The dutch shop isn't taken serious and is more seen as a obstacle than a opportunity.
Interessante Aufgaben
The toysrus.nl webshop has a lot of potential and a lot of interesting tasks ahead, just no priority in middle and higher management.
Gleichberechtigung
The Dutch employers mostly were seen as a joke.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
No understanding for the online bussiness in the rest of the company as Toys"R"Us is mostly focussing on in store experience of the customer.

As I received a "ausertarifliche" contract I got paid outside Toys"R"Us normal salary structure: a lower one.
