Smart people get hired by telling them lies about their future tasks & career at the company. Company claims to be performance-driven, but you do not get any measurable targets, even if you have and fulfill them, a potential promotion/pay increase suddenly gets linked to different targets (because of the "fast pace")

Much potential for interesting tasks, but no decisions are made below c level, so working efficiently is almost impossible

Almost no females in management/lead positions (also doesn't change only because founders say something different)

The majority of employees is quite young. Employees staying with the company for a longer time are not valued more than others, rather the opposite.
