Die Feedbackkultur zwischen den Kollegen ist sehr stark ausgeprägt.
Vielfalt hat bei der Einstellung einen hohen Stellenwert. Das Unternehmen sieht darin wirklich den Wert.
Es gibt viele neue Dinge, an denen man arbeiten kann, aber man muss auch in der Lage sein, sich die Hände schmutzig zu machen.

The company is in a hyper growth phase which leads to exceptionally high workload. However, management is working on improving that and there is a strong focus on pragmatism
Career paths could be more clear. This is already being worked on

People are working towards shared goal. If you need help, you will always find someone who is willing to support you ... even if it is not necessarily that persons job.
Young work environment, did not see any issues there
There are a couple of exceptional mentors at Trade Republic from whom you can learn a lot. I feel that I can grow personally and professionally. I feel that even on C-Level/Founder Level my work and impact is recognized and appreciated.
High quality office and IT equipment. Meeting room situation could be improved in the office. The company also tries to make home office as convenient as possible by allowing employees to borrow equipment (e.g. chairs)
Regular management updates provide insights into what is going on at the company. Meeting structure allows regular interactions within and accross teams even in times of Covid/Home office
Multicultural environment where everybody is valued and appreciated.
I get to work on high priority topics, have a lot of freedom in my job and can take on a lot of responsibility. There was not a single boring day since I joined.

Currently working from home, but very kind and focused atmosphere back in the office. Everyone has so much drive and passion which you still sense even when working remotely.
Currently challenged due to hyper growth and high responsibility level in many areas, however, outlook is positive and the flexibility is given to take needed breaks. Home Office is also beneficial for keeping the balance.
Have grown so much professionally, but mainly on the job.

Salary is very fair! Social benefits and general benefits could use an upgrade, but basics are given (e.g. full M-membership for urban sports, top-notch work equipment, free drinks and coffee, sometimes food)

In my team: Best team spirit ever! Everyone is very busy at Trade Republic, since the success comes with workload, but the team spirit and openness to support one another is really inspiring. I'm very proud to be a part of this team.
My direct supervisor is great and I have nothing to complain about. In general, I think feedback and development could be improved which starts with supervisors behavior for me.
Workload is a bit too high and when in the office, it is sometimes too noisy, but I complain on a very high level, here. I'm overall happy, so working conditions cant be too bad.
Many check-ins and weekly meet-ups. Super transparent knowledge base. Continuously improving communication flow, which is needed in this phase of increasing complexity.
Throughout! Never had the case before that I had more exciting projects on my table than I was able to tackle. Need to lower my excitement to not start too many cool things at the same time.

Trade Republic planned ahead and after a 1 day test run we were ready to work remotely when the situation required.
Thanks to regular "stand-ups", "town halls" and "check-ins" we have been able to stay connected and keep the team spirit alive. It's not easy to run such a growing business from 50+ (home) offices but it is working out very well.
