Karriere / Weiterbildung
You are nothing but a truck driver to them that can be replaced
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
Always keep track of wait time and loads. Because they are always shorting pay on checks.
Only good part of job.
- Treat and pay drivers better.
You are given a 12 hour shift, day or night shift. You have the flexibility to come in late and leave early during your shift.
When I first began working here it was a great place to work. You could average over a $1000 a week. Over the last couple years the younger generation was put in charge. And it has gone down hill since then. Now you are lucky to average $600 a week. You are constantly fighting to get your paycheck right. They don't like to pay you wait time (pay is by the load). You have to fight with payroll to get paid correct amount. And if you do finally get paid it could be a month later. Dispatch gives loads based on favoritism. So if your not put on good paying loads you will be out at the mine runs. Which now a days you will have more wait time pay then load pay. And now they have cameras in the trucks that voice records you, so that they know what you are saying about the company. Which a lot is sayed over the cb. Just in the last month I have seen dozens of drivers quit. And many of their senior drivers (10+ years at company) have already started looking for another job.
