We are very sorry to hear that you are so disappointed with your time at Travian Games! During the recruiting process we pay high attention to finding a great match between our existing teams and potential new colleagues - for the sake of both. Additionally, we introduced our onboarding process last year and installed various onboarding events. Those aim at making it easier for new employees to get familiar with Travian Games and to feel comfortable in their roles. However and unfortunately, sometimes the match does not work as well as intended in the beginning. Please rest assured that the decision to go separate ways is a difficult process for both sides, not only for the employee.
