Arbeitsatmosphäre
Working here is comfortable. Never have I felt like I was walking on eggshells (and I believe I speak for everyone too). And because of this atmosphere, we have great respect for our General Manager and other bosses.
Kommunikation
We do have meetings quarterly where we voice out and gather ideas what could be done better. Aside from that, when we have concerns, our bosses hear us out always and actions are taken immediately.

We are like family here. We talk with one another as if we have known each other for years. Conflicts are dealth with professionally and timely.
Work-Life-Balance
There is no question about this. We have our days off weekly and requests for days off and vacation leaves are 95% always approved.

Our superiors always listen to what we have to say. When we have questions, even on their days off, they are always reachable.

Our equipment used here are up-to-date. When we have technical issues, it is immediately taken cared of by the IT Department.

Everything is given on time. We even have this Spendit insentive wherein we get 50€ a month when we have no lates and absences. The salary is fairly good.
