Nothing to complain about
Salary is competitive relative to the market for the more junior roles. As you progress in your career, other offers become more tempting.

The kind of projects that I worked on at TD, help me to this day! They weren’t only interesting but also innovative. More than anything else, you learn to look at the intricacies of a business across many different industries, giving you a 360 perspective of how things work and how to make them work better!
The office was very social before covid and has been returning to that atmosphere again, which makes going to the office a lot of fun and you definitely get the sense that you are working in a team.
I was always able to be open and direct with my superiors and when there were issues to be discussed, I mostly felt I was taken seriously and listened to.
Communication is not always completely clear, but there are regular meetings to share company updates and pushes to communicate project updates from different departments.
There is the potential to work on different projects and have a wider mix of topics, but this is limited somewhat due to project and client commitments.

Employees like the company, and talk well about it. Clients like the company, and word of mouth is resulting in new projects. Press releases over the last years put the name out more and more. However, while the work is on-par and beyond what the competition can deliver, it is not nearly as publicly known as, e.g., Accenture.
Generally good; of course, there is the occasional project peak where crunch is needed. Most often, good planning is able to take the edge off that is the majority of projects.
There are opportunities - trainings within the company, and through external programs. The budget is not endless, and not everyone can go on multiple expensive trainings every year; but then, even larger corporations cannot give you that. In general: if there is an interesting opportunity for an external training course, and it aligns with your role and career goals, there is always a way you can take that course.
Good payment; not over the moon as other companies in this area might offer, but very good overall package that is competitive.
Full marks on social responsibility and environment friendliness, as far as it goes. Dedicated events for LGBTQIA+, there is a small garden on the rooftop, energy saving measures are taken wherever possible.
Always supportive, no politics - sometimes feedback is too friendly and could be more direct. But plenty of opportunities to meet & talk outside your project group.
Generally a younger company; few "older" colleagues (40+) and they are fully integrated, of course.
Open, honest, friendly while still trying to demand/challenge enough to make someone feel they contributed and need to evolve constantly.
Excellent office space, hardware equipment, anything needed for work. If anything is missing, you can ask and it will be considered (and, usually, acquired).
Overall communication on all levels and directions is open and honest. Sure, sometimes there are misunderstandings or the occasional communication sink... but there are no hidden secrets or cabals.
No preferential treatment for any gender - and if there are perceived pay gaps, those are immediately investigated and remedied as needed.
Balance of finding new ways to deliver projects, then trying to standardise and evolve approaches. Means you can give your brain a bit of rest now and then, and afterwards work on inventing the next big thing.

You can feel why the company was born in an university library as you will be interacting with highly educated individuals that want to be in the forefront of data driven innovation, building and selling algorithmic products and consulting projects rooted in advanced analytics and ML.
