thank you so much for your positive feedback! Modern technology, an open-minded team and of course good coffee is very important to us! :)
We do not want to establish a home office policy. You can decide every morning if you want to come to the office or work remotely.
Also, we care about every employee and therefore we also want to invest in training. As you mentioned, a free Coursera access, which you can use for qualitative online trainings including certificates, as well as a high training budget are therefore standard for us.
