Nothing to say. All they should work on, they work on. Through a regular survey they seek for feedback. Who doesn't give it - it´s your own fault.

Really great and welcoming work atmosphere. They invest a lot to create a fun place to work.
Kommunikation
Regular stand ups, newsletter, townhall meetings, show rooms, Induction day to only name the most obvious ones.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Top down and buttom up - really great. Never had this before.

I never had a better manager
