- The main thing that should change for the better is how the administration runs their teacher effectiveness. Feedback that is both constructive and positive is useful to aid in teacher improvement and to maintain teacher morale. Most teachers do not know whether they are doing a "good job" because we receive little to know helpful feedback.
I enjoy working with the students and the staff. We have a positive working environment and the staff is quick to band together to help boost others up. The students are a pleasure to work with and although they offer their own challenges, I am proud to teach these students in this area.
The administration has a challenging time being communicable. Transparency is an issue and receiving adequate feedback on job performance -- either positive or constructive -- is rare. The administration is stretched thin with the various jobs and extra things they have to deal with and sometimes staff members and their concerns take a backseat.
