No one had a full understanding of what each department contributed. It was old staff versus new. A lot of people been working there for a lot of years run off new staff intentionally.
None. You're pretty much on your own. Some back staggers are the managers. Everyone pretty much looking out for themselves.
Absolutely none. Only a few actually work hard, others worry about smoke time or what's for lunch.
Micromanagement is the key to working here. No freedom to contribute what you know.
Communication poor. A lot yelling by management team instead of simply talking in a calm manner to resolve any issues.
Female dominated environment.

None. Sometimes given assignments with no training.

Pay didn't match my work. Worked a lot of hours and contributed a lot to the team but never recognized.
Not bad, sometimes noisey.

Building is old.
You put in long hours with no appreciation. This is almost daily.
- Call some past enployees, no matter why they are not there to get suggestions. Because when you in the middle of it you don't see it.
Met some nice patients and staff.
Allow a lot of people not to do their work. A crowd of lazy people work here.
