Thank you for sharing your experience working with Urban Sports Club with us - we are sorry to hear that it has not been not a positive one! Since you have brought forward the allegations, we have spoken to the respective team members reflecting and clarifying them.
Regarding promotions: we hold the belief that promotions were earned through individual performance rather than political factors. Nonetheless, we recognize the need for more standardization and transparency in the process and will roll out guidelines for performance reviews and promotions this year.
