waste of time...

They asked me to do a "simple" programming test through "Codility" (cannot add the link... just research in internet) for a IT Project Manager position. Does it sound professional? Not at all! In their job description it was written "Basic skills in Java programming language". Well in their test I had to solve to complex problems, not only programming but finding out the algorithm to solve the problem in 70 minutes. It took me 2 hours (70 minutes + 30 minutes to run an example demo before + 20 minutes for the instructions) on Sunday morning!!!
Afterwards I had a skype interview. The counterpart appeared bored and not at all interested in my skills and professional experience.
CONCLUSION: waste of time. Don't accept to be tested by some "technical assessment" sites because they are taking a lot of your time and stress you unnecessary. Do we test the companies asking them to produce all the financial figures to assess their strength or do we assess them with trust test (if they maintain what they promise)? No way... Bad interview: company added to my black list.

- Only questions about skills, projects and experience.
- Questions about some projects I directed. Not really interested in the answers...
- Silly questions, for example:
- how does internet work?
- why do you use CSS?
- what's the box model in CSS?
