One of the best places to start working as a non-German employee
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nearly everything, everyday for me is a thrill, i really look forward everyday to go there and drive my department forward
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
In my own experience it was on-boarding, but this was two years ago and in the operations department, which was really hard due to the complexity of the company´s tool. But things have changed now and the company is heading toward a more official on-boarding process
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Two things:
1- More inter-department communication
2- More integration chances between the Germans and the non-Germans
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Everyone is open and ready to help, whether a working student or a full-time employee
Kommunikation
Could be better, but one can say that the management is working hard to imporve this
Work-Life-Balance
This would also improve as more employees will be hired to reduce the workload
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There was no conflict up until now (i have been there for two years), and all the presented issues were discussed and respected
Interessante Aufgaben
This is the best thing in this company. I am really thrilled by the variety of tasks that were given/are given to me to be done. No two days are the same in regard to the variety of tasks.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The offices are a bit tight, but hopefully this will improved in the future as the company grows
The equipment is really good and available
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
A very reasonable salary and the other benefits are there.
Image
The good thing here is that everyone can spot the weak points and is ready to change it, the employees are really motivated to drive the company´s reputation forward.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The only weak spot that i spotted during my work there is the on-boarding process (as there was no official one when i joined). But everyone is open and ready to help and support, which makes things much easier
