There were many resentments because of blatant favoritism, poor communication, no praise except for favorites.
There was no effective communication. When I expressed upset I received no response.
There was backstabbing, dishonesty, and resentments because of blatant favoritism.
Lots of micromanaging

Lots of blatant favoritism, some people get spoken to for things that don't occur while others never get spoken to whom never arrive to work on time, take 2nd lunches, etc.
- Treat everyone the same and fairly. Be honest and employ people for the position you hire them for. Communicate openly and effectively.
Greenport is a lovely area.
Gross favoritism, micromanaging, no communicaiton, no praise, not performing the work one is hired for.
