- Get rid of most of the upper management. Invest in training employees.
I have been fortunate enough to hold several different positions. This has allowed me to grow personally.
At least in my department, they are very cliquish. If you are not part of the"inner circle" then you are left out of a lot communication and work on projects. The current management creates a toxic environment. Employees are not treated respectfully.
