Very solid company to grow in. Most of the People are just nice!
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- Sometimes I had the feeling that some people only have a specific position because they float with the current, not because they really deserve it. But this is only my own point of view.
- Salary is too low
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Depending on the team the atmosphere is good! Of course there are always people you might prefer to "swerve".
Kommunikation
Transparent communication. There are monthly company meetings so you are always aware of how is everything going in the company. The communication between the single departments could be better sometimes. Sometimes people are a little too wrong-headed.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
This company is like a little family. There is a big social life among the colleagues. People are coming from all over the world to Berlin- you can see it here!

Mobile working available. Many team events and activities available
Vorgesetztenverhalten
In my case my supervisor was very good (may depends on the team you are in). Goal setting sessions were fair- even you could sometimes feel , that he/she is getting pressure from above.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I guess the average age is between 28-33. Havent seen really old colleagues

Salary is simply too low

You have plenty of opportunities to educate yourself and grow in this company (internal- and external workshops). There is also the possibility to get promoted.
