The managing directors are well aware that these are also challenging times for each individual and they express their gratitude, are approachable for any questions/support and also turned one bridging day (so working day) into a holiday which you got additionally to your holidays so everyone can also get some additional rest in these extraordinary times.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The atmosphere within the office is very friendly and welcoming.
I appreciate that the "open door policy" (among all hierarchy levels), it doesn´t seem to be a slogan but it´s lived.

Kommunikation

There are several meetings to be informed: One big meeting for everyone in the company where KPIs are presented and there are country meetings in which you are informed about the KPIs. In these meetings you are also welcome to share ideas, feedback, ask critical questions etc.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

In general this is very good but surely this depends also on the team/people you have to work with. But the company culture is for sure to have a friendly and decent interaction with each other, so you could also reach out to your supervisor/people department if you face any challenges.

Gleichberechtigung

The higher the hierarchy, the fewer are women, black people and people of color represented.

Arbeitsbedingungen

This could be better but there will be a move, so this will be an upgrade for sure.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

That´s a topic which is currently discussed a lot, also initiated from the management. So you can see that this is a topic they care about and support initiatives.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

There seems to be a shift to higher salary possibilities.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

They offer 2 trainings for free each year and there is also training budget for each department. If you want to develop yourself, you have to come up with ideas/initiate the talk but then the company is happy to support and make things possible, e.g. people switched internally departments and due to a certain fluctuation there are also possibilities to get higher positions internally.
