The VMware CEMEA Manager vCAN VMWare Service Provider Program is responsible for setting and executing the strategy for the vCAN VMWare Service Provider Program\.

The CEMEA Manager vCAN will develop and execute a business plan in conjunction with Aggregators, and Service Providers enabling them to utilize the vCAN Service Provider Program\. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for managing multiple sales and marketing campaigns through all routes to market within the vCAN program\. They will be responsible for helping to define the CEMEA strategy and then to roll this out with the selected Aggregators and Service Provider partners\. Partnership with the relevant VMware direct and partner sales force is also key to success\.

The CEMEA Manager vCAN is responsible for managing a subset of the vCloud Air Network \(vCAN\) ecosystem in the region\.

The CEMEA Manager vCAN will develop and execute business plans in conjunction with the EMEA Service Providers management\.

The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for:

\- Managing and driving named Service Providers through sales and marketing plans with his Team\.

\- Assisting Service Providers to develop their Service offerings, specifically around IaaS, DRaaS, DaaS and PaaS\.

\- Building long\-term strategic engagements with named partners, become a trusted advisor to those partners and be able to affect investment decisions and roadmaps\.

\- Internal and external enablement, and potentially new partners recruitment\.

The role requires knowledge of VMware solutions and positioning, and more importantly the Cloud landscape and related market dynamics\.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

\- People manager responsibilities

\- Partnership, sales, sales enablement, marketing, and go to market in the Cloud Services space with Service Providers, Outsourcers and Hosters\.

\- Building and running complex enterprise businesses with and through partners, and will be highly skilled at translating strategic objectives into a clearly defined, executable business plan\.

\- Getting results through managing virtual teams and successfully orchestrating resources both internally and externally\.

• Take responsibility for internal and external enablement around vCAN Solutions and strategy\.

• Establish Hybrid Cloud as a key component of IT transformation and strategy that is embraced and promoted by the managed partners\. Define methods and KPIs to measure its success\.

• National, CEMEA, EMEA, and occasional global travel will be required\.

This is a highly visible role and candidates should have proven I\.T\. Channel credibility and recognition\.
