Working closely with the NSX channel sales team in EMEA, the Network and Security Partner GTM role is responsible for the recruitment, enablement and activation of strategic partners for their Networking and Security solutions across EMEA\.
The role holds responsibility for the development and strategy of Networking and Security partner eco system for all RTM to drive end\-customer demand, which includes the creation of an agreed Distribution strategy and plan\. An important part of this role is be be recognised and consulted as a Subject Matter Expert \(SME\) providing information and guidence relating to EMEA market opportunity, GTM partner strategy, enablement planning needs, profiling and identifying the right partners for success\. Additionally this individual would be the BU point of contact in EMEA driving discussions relating to global decisions for the specific Solution\.
\- Work with the Global Partner Organization to develop a partner strategy for Networking and Security via all routes to market
\- Work with regional teams coordinate a partner strategy with our most strategic eco\-system partners accross all RTM
\- Work with Partner Business Managers, Sales and Partner Enablement to identify, recruit and enable the most strategic partners
\- Work with key distributors to increase partner competency in the channel and drive end\-customer demand
\- Drive and track partner enablement and activation
\- Coordinate and deliver Networking and Security Sales Training for all routes to market
\- Conduct evangelist activities to elevate the position and market awareness of the Networking and Security in the channel
\- Drive and track partner incentive programs working with EMEA Partner Programs central team
\- SME relating to market opportunity, GTM partner strategy, advise on idification of the right partners profile for their specific solution, proving regulated partner performance reviews/reporting, partner programs relating to incentives, promotion
\- BU point of contact and driving discussion relating to global decsions on specific solutions and relating that message from the BU back to EMEA regional teams and management\.
\- Multiple years of experience working in the Networking and Security
\- Proven track record of building and developing a channel in Europe
\- Experience of evangelizing technologies to partners and/or end\-customers
\- High level of technical skills Networking and Security,
\- Experience of training sales teams on how to sell and position complex technical solutions
\- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience of working at executive levels
\- Higher Education, degree or higher, or equivalent job related experience
\- Estimated travel of between 30% and 50%
