No respect for employee, bad onbarding

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Could be a really nice work environment with respectful employer.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Office in Berlin has nothing to do with the one in US. Creative team has been throught a lot of firing. Manager expect employees to work under a lot of pressure in a fear environment. I've never been treat in such conditions before. Be warned, they will also expect you to do overtime (without remuneration). Poor overall gestion and recognition, a shame cause the employees are really talented and great people.
