Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

It is a small and friendly company, focused on making professional work.

Another company's priority is to be in trend (i.e. "bleeding edge") and daily improving both services and internal workflow for better efficiency and quality.

Company is open for feedback, is flat-organized and rather flexible. Everyone could suggest a change, and if it makes sense -- it would be adopted in the company.

Everyone has a good contact with each other, also on personal level. The most of discussions are informal and interesting to participate in. Anyone could assist if you need help. Everyone is a professional in his field.

Company events (e.g. hiking, grill party or visiting a bar) are welcome and take part regularly.

Office is big and calm, it has rooms for work, meetings, having meal and taking a break.

Work equipment (desks, PCs, monitors, headset, OS, IDE) is relevant to the task, you always get what you need for work. Often that would be from Apple, so you could enjoy first-class experience. IT infrastructure is also decent and supports your work.

Company uses modern open source tools and technologies to build products. That gives you another level of possibilities and feeling from development process.

Company is oriented on results and flexible on work conditions. If needed -- and your project is not affected -- you could come later or work from home.

Customers follow professional orientation of the company -- they are professionals in their field. They provide interesting insights and have smart ideas that transform into inspiring and challenging IT tasks.

Since company is small and flat, it is rather impossible to have a carrier like become a head of department, etc.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Consider more cosy place where you can have a break and relax during the work day. Sometimes it becomes an issue.
Team often has great ideas, but too big to be realized. That makes some meetings rather abstract, only time spent without any achieved result. Maybe ideas or task should be moderated time- and resource-wise.
