I find it hypocritical that an organization that claims to be against violence completely ignored my application, despite me writing to them several times. I spent a long time preparing my cv and cover letter. The least one can expect is that somebody takes time to reply. Being totally ignored is also a form of violence. I have found this behaviour offending, disrespectful and unprofessional.
