You don't become a great leader and manager by reading books.
Leave your ego at home. If you are more interested in building your own brand or presence then do it on your own time.
Stop driving a rift between employees with your favourites. There are other much more smart employees in the organisation, give them credit.
Learn how to give feedback. And until you do that, stop giving feedback. "I don't like it" is not very constructive. And give timely feedback.
Stop the hire and fire philosophy which you have implemented over the past few months.
Don't take the culture for granted. It is not something you do once and then leave it.
Live the values of being humble and honest. Just being hungry won't get you to the next level.

Atmosphere used to be great but it is very poisonous now across many departments
Kommunikation
Running joke in the organization. Poor communication from the top, especially the Founders.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Most colleagues are really nice.
Unfortunately Founders and Management have their favourites who are picked first for projects, key initiatives and even special celebration parties. The management fails to see that this is causing a rift between the people. If the Founders want to stick with their favourites then they should stop hiring new members.
Work-Life-Balance
Usually good but depends on the team.
But be aware that the Management will never acknowledge the hard work you do.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The mid management is good but they are constantly back stabbed by the Founders/Management. The mid management tried to bring positivity and experience but were shut down and fired.
Interessante Aufgaben
The focus and strategy are changed by the Founders/Management four times a year which makes it really difficult to aim for the North star so a lot of work you do goes to waste in a matter of months.
Gleichberechtigung
A company that allows a tag "Headscarf" to be created in no way stands for equal rights. What is even more shocking is that it took the management four months to make a stand against it.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Hard to say as all older colleagues (mid management) were fired.

Generally good.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Zero social awareness. All about internal revenue and becoming a unicorn.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salaries are much lower than average. Promises of salary reviews are constantly broken.
Image
The image used to be great. I believed in it. Sadly the last few months have been very poor led by the very poor behaviour of the Management, especially the Founders.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Very difficult to grow professionally with a small hundred euro personal budget.
