We loose too many good and experience people. Lots of senior people getting pushed - this is not right. I value experience so I can learnt from them. No VP's left - why?
Communication is poor. Weekly emails say same thing many times - "you are great to be with Zenjob"
Lack of clear vision - we change goals every OKR session. This means my team have to change a lot everytime. This is not ideal.

Arbeitsatmosphäre
atmosphere used to be great but it is very toxic now. Lots of people have been fired as they were "bad fit". After a lot to times this statement is false.
Kommunikation
Very poor communication. Every quarter we work on new strategy. Goals change every quarter which makes it very hard to focus.
Weekly email from management keeps writing in emails that we are very lucky to have jobs with Zenjob. Zenjob is also lucky to be with me.

Some very smart people. They carry workload of all others.

Good on my team but some take advantage.

Management especially founders are micro managers. They think they know more than anyone else.
Interessante Aufgaben
Some projects yes. But founders have favourites and they get the best projects.
Gleichberechtigung
all men at the top accept 1. Hardly any non Germans in management team.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
old colleagues get fired. We fired six VP's last year.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice office. Far from Mitte.
Sometimes too many dogs in the office.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
No progress. If you not a favourite, you cannot climb the ladder. Only people who started with Zenjob are given big projects.
