I think this really depends on your role and how you manage your time. Management do not expect people to work longer than their contract states and they encourage people to take holidays and switch off. They repeat the importance of this often.

Employees are always included in the OKR decision-making process and goals are decided in each team. Things do change quickly in the company because of the fact that we are growing, you need to be agile and not afraid of change.

The office is great, it is very spacious and light. The IT team and Workplace are always very helpful when something is required. The switch to home office during corona went very smoothly because of them.

As there have been some changes and growing pains lately, the image of the company has suffered a little but management have been very transparent about everything and humble, admitting mistakes and driving engagement initiatives to improve the company culture.

They offer what they can with the resources they have.. there are internal training opportunities and everyone is entitled to a fairly generous personal development budget. It is important to take responsibility for your own development and drive it, if you do this than there are many possibilities.. even to change roles within the company.
