Communication must be open and honest.
Training for managers
The value assessment of IT employees should not be limited to developers.
Increase staff urgently otherwise even more colleagues will leave because of overload

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Working atmosphere is characterized by the fact that one hears repeatedly by his managers how bad a certain part of the it is, but what is not true is that there is simply a lack of cooperation between the teams. Thus the employees are of course really unmoteviert and make service after regulation

Kommunikation

Communication is touted though, as a great guiding principle of Zooplus on all occasions but communication does not really exist.
There is more news in the corridor than from the direct superior / management.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

colleague coherence: the good ones go with a lot of knowledge and experience. the colleagues who stay then are burned by the management or do not have a lot of experience. others who are often absent are dragged along. The colleagues then have to take part in their work. Accordingly, the mood in the teams is also bad.

Work-Life-Balance

Work-Life-Balance: No regular home office possible.
Working hours based on trust.
Overtime is therefore difficult to occupy.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Supervisor behavior:

Send middle management on training how to lead teams and not demote with statements and actions.
Or better yet, replace them completely. Many projects are stopped again and again by the management (costs), but this management asks exactly why the project has not progressed further yet.

Interessante Aufgaben

Projects that are important are often stopped again and again for cost reasons. But as soon as developers want what money doesn't play a role.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

The young colleagues may know them and can do everything better.

Arbeitsbedingungen

No air conditioning available.
Only in a new office building. But you have to belong to "elite" to get an office there.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Send newsletter about CO2 reduction etc. by mail, but let colleagues fly in for company events, from all over europe. OR send it to USA on trainings.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Payment only good for developers.
The rest should work for little money.
But again and again you hear from HR how good the pay is.
Should have a look at other companies to see what they pay for such positions

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Money is spent on a few questionable trainings in USa. For the rest there's hardly any money for remote IT trainings . you could attend an Excel training then means HR.
