- Many of the personal managers and head of departments posses little leading skills to be able to create a coherent team
- Most of the senior employees have been in the company since they were Juniors out of college and grew to senior managers etc. They lack often the open mind to accept new ideas or improve their processes.
- Being blocked by team members, constant negative thinking and "this is how it has been done" suffocate any effort
- Micromanagement from all C-level managers - afraid to let go
