Support from management
There seemed to be little assistance from management. It's the only job I've ever had where I don't feel like I learned anything.
Very little cooperation between departments
Freedom to work independently
Management micro managed and was insisting on projects that would have upset customers. When your in AR, the customer doesn't want a call just to say hi.
Rarely knew what was going on. Very unnerving when most of top management leaves and no one gives a good reason why.
There didn't seem to be ver many minorities in any management positions.
Printed everything that came in electronically. Printed items that were sent via email.
Suggestions for improvement
- Give people a chance to do what they are good at. Give people encouragement and teach them new things.
What I like about the company
Quite a bit of charity work.
What I dislike about the company
Financial not stable. Different rules for different people in the same department. Reward people for not doing their job until it was overtime.
