Support from Management
I would have rated this higher earlier in my career there when I worked for a different division within the company, but the last division that I worked for was horrendous. I kept bringing up serious management issues but could never get anyone to correct them. That and an extreme difference in management style that wasn't positively reinforcing or motivating. A true disappointment to have been a stellar employee leading up to that division change and then been put into a position where my experience and expertise were not valued.
Level of Autonomy
In the previous division I worked with I would have had 5 stars here. Everyone knew what was expected of them and we gave 110%. But at the last division I was moved to, there was a very rigid structure of how things were supposed to be and no one could veer from that without dire consequences. Some staff were given more leeway when they made mistakes than others were. There was definitely favoritism in play here.
