  • well I think I spoke to this earlier definitely looking at building upgrades some sort of ventilating upgrades and some of the equipment more training.

What I like about the company

The experience I had with the administration and management was nothing but excellent they were very helpful in any of the questions and any of the training that we experienced.

What I dislike about the company

the biggest thing that I felt was the actual building that we worked in a lot of the trucks or pulling in there with diesel engines and sucking all the pollution and stuff inside where the workers were actually working

  • Thing's have to get done in a certain amount of time. It's is important to be able to get the job done better and runs better if you are respected and happier to run more efficiently.

What I like about the company

Got to go to College at the same time and still got paid for advancement opportunities. Short shifts. Doing work I enjoy and a great workout at the same time.

What I dislike about the company

Yelling at employees does not make sense and gets the job done but not a good wotk inverment. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Overall better work invirorment, better work from employees.
