- Place a higher value on the educational product rather than the money that comes in from federal student loans. If the educational product is good then the money will follow.

I dislike about the employer
Education in not the company's primary concern. All employees concentrate on retention, even when student want to drop from programs. In addition, the school will hold students beyond disbursement dates to they can receive federal funds. In general a very hostile work environment for middle management with exceptionally high turnover.
